Sujata Festival will be held on May 25th.

It is said that a woman named Sujata nursed the fallen Buddha with milk gruel after he had fallen into a state of suffering, and that he regained his health and attained enlightenment under the Bodhi tree. To commemorate this day, Banshoji Temple will hold the "Sujata Festival".

This year, local idol group "OS☆U" (@osuofficial) and local elementary school students will participate as Sujata Princess.
