Osu's fair day on 28th

Historically, there are many temples and shrines in the suburbs of Osu, and it is said that visiting temples and shrines on the fair days is especially beneficial.
In order to familiarize visitors with the temple, various events are held every month at temples and shrines in Osu to coincide with the fair days.

Manshoji Temple
The 28th of every month is the auspicious day of Fudo Myoo.

Free on a first-come, first-served basis from 6:00 p.m.

Daikouin (Akamon Myouin)
The 28th of every month is the feast day of Akamon Myoo (known as "Myooon-san" to the locals).
Myouon-san festival day
In the evening, more than a dozen stalls are set up in front of the temple gate, creating a lively atmosphere.

Akamon 28 (Nippachi) Festival
The Akamon 28 (Nippachi) Festival is a pedestrian paradise with live performances by Osu-based idol groups OS☆U and OS☆K, a cosplay parade, and more.

In addition, an antique market is held at "Osu Kannon" from 5:00 a.m. to around 4:00 p.m.
Various antiques, such as pottery, kimonos, and cute toys, are all lined up in a row.
