Osu's fair day on the 18th

Historically, there are many temples and shrines in the Osu area, and it is said that visiting them on Ennichi is especially beneficial. In order to familiarize visitors with the area, a variety of events are held every month at temples and shrines in Osu to coincide with the fair.

Osu Kannon (Goddess of Mercy)
The 18th of every month is the auspicious day of Kannon Bosatsu (Goddess of Mercy).

Antique Market
The market is held from early in the morning at 5:00 am to late in the evening at around 4:00 pm. (*Hours vary depending on exhibitors.)
A wide variety of antiques, such as pottery, kimonos, and cute toys, will be on display. You may be able to find a bargain just for you.

Chomei Amazake
Free reception will be offered to the first 200 visitors from 3:00 p.m.

Fuji Sengen Shrine
From around dusk, an idol group based in Osu will perform a "one or two minute live" show.
